What on was initially designed as a conference, Senior Management Tools, became a kind of conversation between the facilitator and the audience of BCV, inviting reflection and facilitated the understanding of the subject.
Anwandter, during his speech, encouraged the participation of the audience and captivated with simple explanations of everyday life. Thus, the concepts introduced and the use of the tools offered by Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the technique of coaching in personal and professional aspects.
