NOTICE OF RACE

RULES The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Funboard, such as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing of ISAF, 2009-2012 and regulations Wave, Slalom and Freestyle from the IWA / IFCA. 2 TYPES INVOLVED 2.1 The regatta is reserved for Funboard class. 2.2 The categories are: Men, Masters, Women and Youth.
2.3 The participants will take part in the slalom and freestyle 2.4 For the validity of the categories, you will need to score a minimum of 10 tables in each. 3 ELIGIBILITY 3.1 Participants must meet eligibility requirements of ISAF and RFEV requirements of such regulation.
3.2 It is an open race, with limited participation in the Club. Sailors can participate in any domestic or foreign federation (the RFEV reserves the right to accept foreign crews on request and in accordance with the national secretary). 3.3 The participants will be members of the class involved and be aware of the annual fee (10 euros).
4 ADVERTISING 4.1 Participants may display advertisements ranked individual in accordance with ISAF Regulation 20 and RFEV requirements of such rules. 4.2 It may require participants to display advertising in accordance with Rule 20.3 (d) (ii) regulation 20 of the ISAF.
5 ENTRIES
5.1 Pre-registration:
5.1.1 Pre-registrations will be made via email or xtorres@windsurfesp.es camikace@gmail.com 5.1.2 The preliminary necessarily be completed in the attached form, and sent by e-mail with a copy to camikace@gmail.com National Funboard (xtorres@windsurfesp.es) 10 days prior to the start of the race.
5.1.3 The Organising Committee reserves the right not to accept entries received after the deadline.
5.2 Confirmation of registration:
5.2.1 The Registration of participants required, will be held at the Race Office, as follows: • Each participant must personally sign the Registration Form before 20:00 pm, the day before start of the race (05/27/2011)
. • The Registry is conditional upon the presentation before the appointed hour, the following documents:
• Federal License Sportsman of the year.
• Card Class this year.
• Documentary evidence of age for the youth category.
• For foreign sailors, civil liability insurance for a minimum amount of 300,500 euros. • For children under the age of 18 the registration form should be signed by a parent or legal guardian, downloading of responsibility to the organization and their representatives and delegates.

The board granted RFEV Champion of Spain to the winner of citizenship or legal residence in Spain at the end of the English Circuit Funboard.
11 RESPONSIBILITIES
11.1 Participants in the race, do so at your own risk. 11.2 The Organizing Committee or any person or entity involved in organizing the event, accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience that may occur to persons or property, and also excludes damage from latent distress, recklessness, negligence and not sure of the laws, both on land and at sea as a result of participation in the races covered by this Notice of Race.
